These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, gaming activities, payment transactions, and promotional offers on the rbajee platform. Any user ("Member" or "you") who accesses this site or creates an account automatically agrees to these Terms.

These Terms are published in both English and Bengali. In case of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall take precedence. rbajee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement and Identity Verification

To open an account on rbajee, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. This is not merely a policy — accounts cannot be activated without age verification. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification.

• Each individual may open only one account.
• If multiple accounts are found on the same device or IP address, rbajee reserves the right to suspend both accounts.
• Information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your password with any third party will be treated as a breach of these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

rbajee currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions will be rejected.
• Cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests can be submitted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

Withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed or wagering requirements have not been met. rbajee may request additional information when necessary, and suspicious transactions will not be approved without verification.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

rbajee offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, a wager of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.

• The bonus may be claimed only once per registered account.
• A bonus is not free money — it is a conditional incentive.
• If the bonus is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being closed.

4.2 Other Promotions

rbajee runs various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. In addition to these general Terms, offer-specific terms must also be followed.

rbajee reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion. However, if a wagering process is already in progress, the member will be given the opportunity to complete it.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

Every player on rbajee is expected to act honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Using bots, automated software, or systematic patterns to exploit bonus advantages.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or promotions.
• Exploiting technical errors in any game system.
• Harassing other members or engaging in fraudulent communication.

5.2 Game Results and Disputes

All games on rbajee are operated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 48 hours. Server log records shall be treated as conclusive evidence.

If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a network disconnection or device failure, the result of that round will be settled according to the server log.

6.1 VIP Tiers

rbajee's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback on net weekly losses.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140.

6.2 Tier Change Rules

To move up a VIP tier, members must remain regularly active and follow the platform's guidelines. rbajee does not guarantee any specific turnover threshold — tier changes are decided based on overall activity.

A VIP tier may be downgraded due to a breach of Terms or prolonged inactivity. rbajee's management has the final say on such decisions.

rbajee stores your personal information with the utmost care. All data is transmitted via SSL encryption and secure servers. Your information is never sold or deliberately transferred to any third party.

8.1 rbajee's Authority

rbajee may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Registration using a false identity.
• Suspicion of money laundering or a directive from a legal authority.

If a valid balance remains after account closure, it will be returned subject to verification. However, funds derived from bonus-related breaches will not be refunded.

8.2 Account Closure at the Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. If the request is submitted through the support team, the process will be completed within 24 hours. Any existing balance will be settled before the account is closed.

rbajee is committed to providing the best possible service, but is not obligated to pay compensation in the situations described above.

The law applicable to the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms is determined by the relevant authority. Both parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, the matter will be settled through the appropriate legal process.
